Reflecting back over my years I'm glad I said "Yes" to my secret place. It has become my daily pre-game routine in the morning.

Me Too,
But there's a big difference between saying, Yes... and doing what you said Yes to.  Far too often I have been the son that said yes to my father's request or command, and then didn't do what I said I would. Sometime it's like I wish I said no, but who ever wants to tell their Father, "No". Who am I to say, "No" to him, of all people. And rarely want the request or command grievous. I hate when I don't follow through with a command, or when I sin, it just sucks. I never want to be like the Pharisees and Jewish Leaders that killed my Lord. Worshipping God with their tongues but not with their hearts and actions. Not in spirit and truth.

This reminds me of the parable from my Lord, The Parable of the Two Sons--Found in Matthew 21:28-32.  I want to be the third son, the one that says yes, and does it. And never brag about, just my Lord, God, and The Holy Spirit knows. In due time, Lord willing that will be who I am.
